Welcome to the 2024 World University Championship Ski Orienteering in Switzerland!
Die Ski-OL-WM der Studierenden kommt 2024 in die Schweiz!
The FISU World University Ski Orienteering Championships 2024 will be held between 10th to 17th of January 2024 in Lenzerheide in southeastern Switzerland. More than 150 competitors from over 15 countries are expected to compete in three individual races and one sprint relay race.
The races will be held in the Roland Arena, about five kilometers from the village centre of Lenzerheide. Thanks to the multifunctional building architecture, the arena has developed into a well-known sports hotspot and is a meeting place for elite and junior athletes, leisure athletes, clubs and sports associations. 2015, the Roland Arena hosted the ski-orienteering European Championships in Ski-Orienteering and 2023, the Biathlon European Championships took place here. Further in 2025, the IBU Biathlon World Championships will take place in Lenzerheide.
Die FISU World University Ski Orienteering Championships 2024 (kurz WUSOC) wird zwischen dem 10. und 17. Januar 2024 auf der Lenzerheide im Kanton Graubünden stattfinden. Über 150 Teilnehmende aus über 15 Ländern werden zu den drei Einzelrennen und dem Sprintstaffelrennen erwartet.
Die Wettkämpfe finden in der Roland Arena in Lantsch/Lenz statt. Die Multifunktionsarena ist ein weltweit bekannter Treffpunkt für Biathlonfans, aber auch diverse Ski-OLs haben hier schon stattgefunden. 2015 fand die Ski-OL EM in der Roland-Arena statt, 2025 wird die Biathlon-WM hier ausgetragen.
An der 2024 FISU World University Championship Ski Orienteering wird es die ganze Woche Begleitwettkämpfe für die internationale Elite, den Breitensport und Einteigende geben.
